We at Highland Hills have the highest standards when it comes to maintaining your apartment. We pride ourselves on our responsive, courteous and professional maintenance staff. We do provide a 24 hour Emergency Maintenance Service.

Have a maintenance problem?  Fill out our online maintenance request form.  Depending on the problem, every effort will be made to take care of it the same day.

  • Phone:   Hickory Tech provides phone and DSL Internet service. Residents need to go in person to Hickory Tech and apply for service. They are located at 221 E Hickory St, Mankato. A deposit may be required if you have not had service with Hickory Tech in the past. For more information call 507-387-1151.
  • Gas:  Natural Gas is provided by CenterPoint Energy. Sign up for service by calling 800-245-2377.
